Hello!

Hello and welcome to my blog. I go by Hex on the internet, or my real name: Owen. I am a bit of a nerd and love PC hardware. I am studying computer science in the UK, and spend a lot of time researching and looking through information about the latest tech. So I decided I would make a blog, and share with other tech lovers my input and thoughts about technology that I have used, to help them make an informed decision on a purchase!

As far as writing posts goes, I like to make sure I have used the product for a minimum of a month in order to give a fair judgement of the use-case of the product. I prefer to keep my reviews on a level of brief, but also giving all the key information, as I am not personally a fan of the over-informative pages where they seem to make the product no longer interesting.

If you are at all interested in how this site was made, it is almost wholly done in html, with help from bootstrap for a lot of my CSS. It is hosted under Firebase's free tier, which is a path I would recommend for anyone looking to learn a little bit of programming and also set up a blog of their own. I do have many improvements in mind for this site, with a long ordered list of the way I want to do them, but at points I will upload this site to my Github, and you are more than welcome to use my code to build a site of your own!
